By fortunate coincidence, we have acquired huge cache of rare and exotic wood from the ancient forests of Northern California and Oregon.  Shortly after my arrival in Oregon last Summer, an old friend, master wood worker and fellow artist from Crescent City, CA called me.  He was in the process of moving  to Hawaii and semi retirement close to his daughter.  Initially, I’m using the wood to create Sculpture Pedestals.    Then I’ve built a few simple “slab on a stump” tables.   Click on the first image and take the tour via the slide show!
